Acreage's are near the highest point in Sherman County. From Southridge you can see nearly 50 miles in every direction. The well water is excellent. And natural gas is available. Southridge is equidistant from Loup City, Hazard, and Litchfield. Six miles from Highway 2, five miles from Highway 10 and four miles from Highway 92. From the Kearney golf coarse it is 25 miles to our section (Kearney is one of the three cities in the Tri-city area of Nebraska). The acreages are ten miles to Loup City, 6 miles to Lichfield, 9 miles to Hazard. We choose this site for developement because this section:

• is near the highest point in Sherman County, overlooking the best rolling hills Nebraska has to offer,
• is reasonably close to Kearney and Grand Island,
• has natural gas,
• is close to Sherman Lake and Davis Creek,
• has few if any mosquitoes,
• and has plenty of quality undergound water thanks to the Ogallala Aquifer, the US's largest aquifer (underground lake/water supply).
